You may cancel your order anytime before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Once your order is confirmed, it is quickly processed to ensure fast delivery. Because of this, we recommend requesting a cancellation as soon as possible after placing the order.

Cancellation requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Once the order has been dispatched or shipped.
• Orders that are already out for delivery.

At this stage, the order is already in transit and cannot be stopped. If you no longer want the product, please refer to our Returns Policy once the item is delivered.

For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed directly to the original payment method used during checkout.

• Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after cancellation confirmation.
• In case of delays, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount in your statement.
