Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Products are eligible for return or exchange only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- Please ensure you return any freebies received with the original order.
- Items purchased during special offers or sale periods may be non-returnable, unless there is a verifiable quality issue.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact our support team with your order details and clear images/videos of the product showcasing the defect or damage.
We will arrange for the return pick-up from the originally delivered address only.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed once your return is received and inspected in our warehouse. This inspection occurs within a maximum of 7 days from the date we receive the returned goods.
We will send you an email or WhatsApp message to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Methods & Timelines
If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:
- Prepaid Orders: The amount will be refunded back to the account from which it was paid (UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking) within 3-5 working days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: We will request your bank account details and credit the refund amount directly to your provided account.
Important Note
Please note that Cash-on-Delivery (COD) charges and Shipping Charges (if applicable at the time of order) are non-refundable. Only the product value will be credited back to your account.
